"Rockwell-Type" Hardness Testers
Clark CR
The Clark CR testers is affordably priced. The Clark CR "Rockwell-type" Hardness Testers Series are highly accurate and repeatable instruments featuring easy "zero" setting, automatic loading, and automatic conversions. It displays a user-friendly panel and uses an RS-232 interface. The Clark CR has an OK/NG mode and is available in regular and superficial modes.
Clark Standard
The Clark Standard Model 100R Regular and 100S Superficial testers are quality motorized dial type hardness testers. Their main features include an auto zeroing indicator, adjustable dwell time, and ball bearing spindle guide. The major load is automatically applied, held and released in both models 100R and 100S. These models both have a low price.

The CV series is utilized with ease. Its automatic operation is made possible through advanced touch panels. Just pick a location and press start. Intendentation is automatically made and the turret is rotated back to the measure position.

8 loads from: 03-30 or 1-50 kgf and HV, HK, HB, KC scales.

The MicroHardness Testers is capable of expansion to an automated system. It features an advanced touch panel display with a unique light source. It is equiped with interchangeable color filters, 0.04mm measuring lines, and a quick and easy test sequence by auto-turret.

1. Hardness Standards:
For determing the accuracy of your hardness tester.

2. Diamond Indentors:
For testing hardened metals.  Available in "C", "N", "C & N" and "A" scales.

3. Steel Ball Indentors:
For testing unhardened materials. Available in sizes of 1/16", 1/8", 1/4" and 1/2" diameters.  Replacement balls also available.

4. Indenter Extensions:
For checking deep internal surfaces.  Available in 1", 2", 3" and 4" lengths.

5. Gooseneck Adapters:
For checking the inside diameter of tubes and rings.

6. Jominy Fixture:
For the end quench test.  Easily clamps to the elevating screw. Indexing wheel accurately spaces the indentations from end to end. Scale proviced to indicate position at which the test is being made.
