Circle Systems announces the launch of Mi-Glow® 834 to replace Mi-Glow® 810.
Mi-Glow® Less material used = material cost savings
834 is a combination of our fluorescent Mi-Glow® 800 particles and our newly developed Wetting Agent 34.
The enhanced wetting properties of Wetting Agent 34 requires less wetting agent to properly suspend the Mi-Glow® 800 particles, reduces the time for the particles to go into suspension and provides superior wetting and particle mobility. The new formulation has been designed to provide less foaming - eliminating the need for extra bath additives.
Mixing of the Mi-Glow® 834 requires only 5 grams/liter, reducing the amount of material used with Mi-Glow® 810 and competing materials, which is 11.25 grams/liter. This reduction of material is a tremendous cost saving for your customers. Enclosed is a worksheet showing the difference between Mi-Glow® 834 and Mi-Glow® 810 which is mixed at 11.25 grams/liter. Mi-Glow® 834 is designed to be used with black light to detect very fine discontinuities, such as those found on the Reference Sensitivity Block Type 1 (MTU-3).
