This is a
comprehensive introductory course for the engineer and technician who wants more
than the minimum basic information.

The course covers both the theory
and practical application of ultrasonic testing techniques. The goal of this
class is to provide the student with the tools necessary to choose a technique,
transducer and calibrate an instrument.

Approximately 75% of class
time is devoted to theory, 25% to hands-on use.
|
| |
Successful completion of this
course is sufficient preparation for ASNT Level I certification
