Advance registration is required for all courses and workshops. Registration
forms must be accompanied by full course fee or company purchase order and are
payable to: Radiatronics NDT, Inc. Personal checks, American Express,

Curriculum:

Radiatronics reserves the right to alter the curriculum as noted
for any program with the intent of improving the course.
|
|
Certificates:
|
| |
Certificates will be issued to each student who successfully completes the
course, including attendance requirements. The criteria for successful
completion is that the student must meet the attendance requirements and attain
the following:
- For Level I courses, the minimum passing composite grade shall be 70%.
- For Level II courses, the minimum passing composite grade shall be 80%.

Discount Available to:

A 10% discount is available to companies sending more than one person to a
scheduled course. A 10% discount is also available to people attending a second
scheduled program within 12 months.

Radiatronics NDT, Inc. office in Mission, Kansas USA. (suburban Kansas City,

Cancellation:
|
| |
Cancellations received seven or more working days in advance of the course
will be refunded the course fee, minus a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations
received one to six days prior to course commencement are subject to a 15%
surcharge. Substitutions can be made at any time. NO SHOWS will be charged the
full course fee. Radiatronics NDT, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course
due to insufficient registration. In this case, registrants will be notified in
advance and will receive a full refund.

All textbooks and course manuals will be provided, unless otherwise noted.
These become the property of the student.

Classroom Hours:
|

Unless otherwise notified, classes will be conducted from
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.
